Why after removing virus my computers crazy?

i recently removed a antivirus virus. with the malware and even ran scan with spybot. all came up fine and my computer started to work again after restoring it to an earlier point, now its going crazy again, like i cant even open quickbooks or it frezzes up. do i still have that virus or any clue whats going on? help!
