I feel like everythings wrong with me?

ok i have headaches BAD.. unreal pain in my neck.. i got xrays and there fine. i really think i want a scan but the doctors said they dont want to expose me to unnecessary radiation.. my heart is fast all the time and iv an upset stomach most of the time... ok so i was told i had generalized anxiety about 5months ago. i went on tablets for a while and i am off them now for about a month as i dont want to become dependant on them... what i want to know is, is it possible that all these things that are wrong with me are caused because of anxiety or should i demand a scan????

Why does my fully German family have olive skin and black hair?

I've been mistaken for a Latino, Native American, Arab, and an Italian. We have all the features of those people but the ancestor we get the features from is a full blood German. It has been suggested that maybe we were jewish but they were devout Roman Catholic. Is there so string of Germans with these features as apposed to the "Aryan" features Hitler and my teacher says Germans should have?

Yugoslav dinar note values?

Ok, I know its probably not gonna be much worth, or even not worth anything. I have these 1990s Yugoslav dinars of various values (from 10-1,000,000,000). I have 2 of the 1,000,000,000 dinars, all of them read "dinara" on the front. How much are these worth in USD? They are from 1993. Based on what I got from picture scans. (I can't read Cryllic, I'm not Serbian or Bosnian).
