Old Granulomatous Disease Info?

I had a CT Scan done and they found out that I have Old Granulomatous Disease with lung parenchymal calcifications and mediastinal and hillar calcified lymph nodes. I do not know what this means and I wont be able to see a pulmonary specialist for 2 months, Can you please tell me what this means? Please only serious answers.
