Im 14 years old and idk if I have breast cancer?

Well im the type of person that worries alot. Well today my mom said she went to get a daily scan of her breast at the doctors and they say there was something wrong or something and that the picture wasnt the same as last year's and last year's was healthy. THey said my mom had to go again to take another scan. So i was wondering if I had it. I checked both my breast and about an inch below them were 2 bumps on both were they bones? Help please I need info. Im also a 14 year old boy.
