In what show was there a part where...?

some character was making a joke about Oprah where he was like "and you get a baby, and you get a baby, everybody gets babies" at least i think it was babies. It could be something else but i don't know. It also could have been a movie. Sorry if that's not clear enough. I do think it was a guy talking but I could be wrong.
