Bad Virus Help (Windows) Please Help?

Every Time i click a link in any web browser, I am redirected to some shady sites. I already did 3, full, updated norton 360 scan and it found 1 virus, but nothing changed. Then, Every time I clicked a link, i would get an auto protect message and my browser would crash. Then it stopped happening, but the problem persists
